Grow. Connect. Serve.

We aim to be an inclusive and caring church, finding joy in God's call into relationship, following Christ in serving others, and celebrating the Spirit in worship and music. Together, we will seek spiritual growth and insight, steward God's creation and our resources, and witness for social justice. Join us at 176 Cooper Avenue in Montclair. Questions? Where Are You Called To Get Involved?

“Ministry” is all that we actively do to carry out the mission of the church. Ministry at Union Congregational Church is aligned with the church's Statement of Purpose and Annual Mission Priorities, is an active expression of what we aim to achieve and how we go about doing it, and is the collaborative work of the congregation, lay leaders, clergy, and staff.

We are a community of people drawn together to worship God through music, prayer, spoken word, and song.

Engaging one's spiritual self creates a more positive outlook in an anxious world, and can help one feel more mindful, nurtured and connected.

We are committed to raising the next generation of Christians by providing a strong sense of community and a love of all people.

We are a caring, supportive congregation that values the relationships we form with one another through worship, service and fellowship.

Our Church's Statement Of Purpose reminds us to work to recognize and relieve oppression, individual suffering, poverty, and isolation.
