Come build community through 45 minutes of chair yoga. Seated in a chair, we will move gently, mindfully, stretching, and finding our alignment both internally and externally. Breath is emphasized as is a smile. Modifications are always provided, and we move at a pace that is appropriate for all levels and all ages.
