On Saturday, December 13, we will gather at 10 am for a tour of the historic Crane House. The house will be decorated for Christmas by members of the Montclair Garden Club. The Crane House and Historic YWCA is a federal-style home located at 110 Orange Road in Montclair. It was built by Israel Crane in 1796 on Old Road (now Glen Ridge Avenue) in Cranetown, which is now the southern part of the Township of Montclair.
We are asking for a donation of $10 to go to the Montclair History Center. Volunteers from the history center will be our tour guides.
We will meet at the back of the house (take the driveway between the Crane House and Clark House) at 10 am. Parking is available.
